Matt the Builder was absolutely incredible to work with. His attention to detail was second to none, ensuring that every aspect of our project was executed flawlessly. He managed the timing of various trades seamlessly, keeping everything on schedule and running smoothly. Not only did he bring our vision to life, but he also elevated our architectural design beyond what we had imagined. Honest, reliable, and an all-around lovely guy, Matt made the entire process enjoyable and stress-free. His team was equally fantastic—skilled, professional, and a pleasure to have on-site. We would never use another company and highly recommend Matt to anyone looking for exceptional craftsmanship and service.

Client - Petersham new build
I have worked with Matt Size from Big Sky Architectural Building on several projects, on the first two projects he was still working as a foreman for another builder.
Matt has a good understanding of architectural drawings and is keen to interpret the architectural intent. He is a good communicator and his attention to detail is excellent.
As a builder I found him reliable, diligent and efficient. I appreciate his positive energy and creativity.
I am looking forward to building another one of my projects with him and his team.

Hi Matthew,
I'd like to thank you, Paul and the Big Sky team for the recent re-build of the front section of my house. I was very impressed with the way a complex and difficult reconstruction of the front section of the house was managed. The house is probably more than 110 years old, it has had numerous renovation jobs in its history, and some of those older changes left serious problems in terms of inadequate foundations, insecure brickwork, missing lintels, and a staircase that was falling apart. It was quite something to see how the front of the house was supported while the new foundations and structural support were built, and then the load of the house transferred onto the new supports without mishap. Consultation between myself, you and Paul was excellent, and the work was marked by an attention to detail that has avoided a lot of possible minor problems. I'm confident that the repaired sections of the house should be good for another 110 years at least.
best regards, Greg

My experience with Big Sky Architectural Building has been very positive and I am so pleased with the progress on site so far. I’m a good way into my project, and Matt and his team continue to offer solid progress and a collaborative approach to problem solving. They have managed time and weather factors efficiently and dealt with tricky site access with minimal disruption. There has been excellent communication and I feel confident about the decision we have made.
